REPRESENTED ARTIST

Soha Kabiri

Soha Kabiri (b. 1985, Tehran) is an Iranian visual artist working primarily in painting and drawing. She holds a Master's degree in Painting from the University of Tehran. For nearly two decades, self-portraiture has been at the core of her practice — not as physical likeness, but as an exploration of how lived experience, memory, intimacy, gender, and social structures reshape the internal image of the body. Over time, the recognizable figure in her work has fragmented into organic, hybrid, and ambiguous forms, and her recent project ‘The Body Will Rebel’ extends this investigation into ceramic and three-dimensional experimentation.
